Ways We Can Coach...

Most Common Questions

NLP is short for Neuro Linguistic Programming and is the study of successful behavior. Coaches who are highly advanced in NLP have been trained to listen and interpret how people process information. From that process, the coach can interpret, create awareness and offer new perspectives for the client to try on. These opportunities are instrumental in creating long term, effective change.

What is NLP and why is it part of coaching?

During our first complimentary coaching call, we will move through a series of questions that dig deep and delve into some spaces that may have been tucked away.  From those spaces we will create clarity and establish a foundation from which we can build. From that point, you will be able to discover  if coaching would be beneficial for you and your future success.

How do I know I need Transformational Coaching?

We are all powerful, resourceful and whole. And, although at times we may feel a little bit broken, we all have only one operating system, our mind. Transformational Coaching will affect every area of your life as you are using the same mind, the same operating system for all things. Inside our coaching environment, we will teach you several new strategies and how to implement them into your life. With this new knowledge and mindset, your mind will begin to evolve into patterns and habits that will empowering you, creating access to your potential and that version of yourself you've always dreamed of.

How can I apply what I learn in other areas of my life?

Like anything else, you will get the maximum return if you put maximum effort in. Coaching is not a magic pill, its a conscious effort. It requires daily dedication and stretching into those not so fun spaces, vacating your comfort zone, trying new things, removing old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. It requires that you shift your beliefs and begin believing in yourself. With those ingredients and a new perspective on things, your potential and your true life's purpose will come into focus.

How do I know it will work?

The ideal client for coaching is someone who is looking to make a major change. The ideal client knows there's more to their story and wants to find out how to get there. They are someone with a passion or an idea inside of them that they just can't seem to let go and wants to explore the ideas around it. They are the person or corporation that continues trying and keeps hitting the same ceiling. What got you here won't get you there. Transformation is imperative to move to the next level.

Who is the ideal client for coaching?

Our first complimentary coaching session could be as long as 2 hours. Its inside this discovery phase that we explore if we can work together. Once mutually agreed, coaching sessions are weekly calls that can continue as long as you wish (minimum 16 weeks).

How long are the coaching sessions?

As most of you know, I have spent the majority of my adult life advising, mentoring and coaching others along with professionally coaching for huge corporations. With a master's degree in leadership, I've spent the majority of my adult life on personal development. In previous years I became intrigued with NLP, how our mind works and what it takes to reprogram it.

After earning my NLP Master Practitioner, I spent the next year with one of the most prestigious and extensive coaches training programs in the world (iPEC). The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) is where I earned . After completing iPEC, I also completed their graduate program and earned my COR.E Dynamics Leadership Specialist certification along with my Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). My professional evolution as a coach is just as important and imperative to my growth as my personal development. The more I evolve, the more I can offer you and the deeper we can explore.

I continue to attend new trainings, seminars and networking events to stay fluent and current in the world of coaching. Aside from the formal training, I also invest and consistently have a coach or two of my own. Highlights of some of those moments are documented in the 'me' section.
